Bike rides are a great activity for raising charity funds. For the second year in the row, SAP organized the “Cycle 4 Youth” ride to support underprivileged kids. 70 SAP partners, employees, and customers from five countries rode for several days from their local offices in Brussels, London, Milan, Munich, and Paris to the headquarters in Germany. Each kilometer counted as support for the charity: almost 35,000 kilometers were ridden. After a challenging inaugural edition, SAP appointed FlessnerSchmitz as the cycling experts to support their agencies and marketing units with in-depth insights from the sport. The event managers consulted us on the logistics of the different rides and the various fitness/training levels of the participants. FlessnerSchmitz played a key role in ensuring a smooth implementation of the charity event. Additionally, we sourced former pro cyclists and experienced guides to lead the groups during their multi-day rides.
